Flip Score (0–100)

A 0-100 grade that sums up how good a flip is, so you can rank a whole list of properties at a glance.

The flip score compresses a deal’s flip quality into one 0–100 number so you can rank many properties fast: how fat the profit margin is relative to ARV, how hard your invested cash works (ROI), and whether the price clears the 90% max-offer rule.

80+ is excellent, 65+ good, 50+ fair, below 50 pass. A score of 0 usually means the deal loses money at the current asking price — which is still useful: it tells you the discount you would need to negotiate.

The score is a screen, not a verdict — always open the deal and check the comps behind the ARV before offering.
